A BREATH OF FRESH AIR,
RIGHT AT HOME.
Dealing with reputation issues and increased competition in Decatur, Briggs at Powers Park needed a full rebrand to start anew and make itself viable against other communities in the area.
Top of mind was the community’s close connection with nature — gorgeous elm trees lined the property, there was outdoor space galore, and multiple hiking trails and parks are only a short drive from a resident’s doorstep. Another priority was to connect the community to the sleek, vivacious Battery Park development in northwestern Atlanta. As one of the buzziest spots in the whole city, this proximity was a must in showcasing Briggs’ balance between nature-oriented offerings and urban amenities.
The rebrand for Briggs was a major success, transforming the community into a key player in the Decatur multifamily market. Combined with revitalized management that prioritized capital improvements alongside resident well-being, Briggs at Powers Park’s rebrand went far beyond changing their logo.
