The Emery is an upscale, Class-A community in Warrenville, Illinois.

With first-class amenities, luxe interiors, and a prime location, The Emery needed branding that matched its exterior and interior sophistication.

The resulting rebrand is an identity that uses modern minimalism to foster an environment that is both bespoke and serene. Understated, no-nonsense typography is paired with bold patterning and sleek, contemporary colors to create a brand that breaks free of the multifamily mold. Furthermore, it was of utmost importance to balance this luxe identity with feelings of calm and tranquility. One of this community’s biggest selling points is its proximity to some of the best schools in the greater Chicago metro — this has resulted in families and young couples laying down roots. Thus, creating a new brand that flexed as both chic and comfortable was key for repositioning The Emery as one of Warrenville’s premier residential communities.
